90 Days Returns Policy

We want you to feel happy and secure when purchasing Segomo Tools. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with item(s) purchased from Segomo Tools you may return the item(s) within 90 days for a full refund or replacement. The terms of the 90 days return begins on the date of purchase.

 

Returns Process

To begin the returns process, please take the following steps:

 

  1. Log in to your account on the top right of the homepage.
  2. Find the Order Number with the item(s) you want to return.
  3. Make a note of these details and contact us by email or chat.
  4. We will send you a shipping label free of charge for you to attach to the shipping box to send back to us.
  5. Please make sure the item(s) are in their original packaging and are unused and in perfect condition.

 

For a full refund, the item(s) need to be returned in a saleable condition.

Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment of your original purchase price.

 

Note:

Typically, refunds appear on your credit/debit card within 3-5 business days after the refund is issued.

It does not matter if you did not setup an account when you made the purchase.

In this case, all you need to do is enter the email address you used for the transaction and proceed with the above steps.

If the item(s) are damaged or broken use the same returns process as outlined above but also attach a picture of the damaged item(s) with a description of the issue when contacting us.
