  1. Shipping Destinations: We offer shipping to the 48 contiguous states within the United States, Canada and Mexico.

  2. Shipping Charges: For orders within the 48 lower states, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders below $50, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will apply. For Canada all orders under $200 CAD are charged a flat rate of $25 CAD and for Mexico all orders under $2999.99 MXN are charged $350 MXN. Additional shipping charges may apply to certain oversized or overweight items.- Some items that are oversize i comparison to their value will have a shipping rate applied at the checkout

    Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are calculated at the checkout

  4. Shipping Methods: We primarily use UPS as our preferred shipping carrier within the 48 lower states. FedEx Ground provides reliable and efficient service, with package tracking and delivery confirmation.

  5. Average Handling Time Range: Our average handling time for processing orders is typically 1 business day. Please note that this is the time required to prepare your order for shipment, including order verification, packaging, and label creation. It does not include transit time.

  6. Average Shipping Time Range: The shipping time for your order within the 48 lower states will depend on the destination and the UPS transit times from our location in zip code 45241. On average, UPS transit times range from 1 to 4 business days for delivery within the contiguous states.

Please keep in mind that the total delivery time includes both handling time and shipping time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.
